I was looking for a receipe for stovies and found the site.There is so much to look at at this site. I am saving it to my favorites. I have some very close Scottish friends and I have been introduced to so many different dishes that are of Scottish heritage. The only thing I can say that I don't really care for is black pudding. You have such a great culture, so much history and such great food. I do someday in the near future plan on visiting Scotland. My friends live in a village called Ayr and some of them live in Glasgow. I really am looking forward to that visit as they have planned many different things to see and do.
