It was a nice surprise to get your message as I have just had my laptop 3 weeks - but I can't get capitals yet. I was over 20 yrs ago, and was shocked to see the den (in Cardenden) covered in houses. Hope to hear from you or someone who remembers me.

Does anyone remember auld Jock Legg who had hens down the den, and would give you a few eggs if you took clean folded paper bags to him as I did many times with my brother ALEX - ABOUT 1936//1938 I HOPE SOMEONE REMEMBERS I THINK JOCK HAD ONLY ONE LEG
