Hi

We come from Dallas in USA and am currently on a Golfing Holiday at St Andrews. What a great place. We found your site when planning for our trip here and have gone back to it many times.

We are sitting in a nice coffee shop called Zest that has free Wifi and writing this. Our stay in Scotland has been amazing, although it is colder than I thought it would be. But what a beautiful country you have.

But thank you for all the information on this website. We have been to Anstruther and tasted the delicious fish and chips and also some of the other recipes on the site. I hope to try them when I get home.
