I was looking for scottish recipes and was very glad to come upon your site. I am an expat living in Canada, formerly of Hillington, Glasgow, but wishing I was back in Scotland, but with house prices so high there I do not think that will ever happen unless I win the lottery. I am adding your website to my favourites.

Thanks for writing in the Guest Book, and I'm delighted you found my site. I was actually brought up in Pollok - so not too far from you, although I've lived in Fife many years. I also have a friend from Pollok who emigrated to New Liskead (northern Ontario) many years ago; and I have many cousins in Hamilton.

Yes, house prices here are a bit dearer than Canada I think. But I hope you get to visit Scotland often.
