Congrats with your great website. I read with pleasure through your site. And the more I read the more I regret I have not had the time when I lived in Manchester to come and visit. Living now in Malaysia is a long way but I hope to cycle someday.

One page in particular made me long back to Europe: Scottish recipes:) And if in case I haven't been reading some new pages, you keep adding them, your newsletter tells me what and where to look for (like now your guestbook).
