Quiche Cup Cakes

Ingredients

2eggs
grated cheese
mixed herbs
pepper
4 slices of bread

Method

Get a small mixing bowl and lightly beat your two eggs then put to the side and cut the crust off the four slices of bread then roll them out till they are a little bigger.

Now grease four holes in a cup cake tray then push bread in to make a sort out side. next pour in a little bit of grated cheese on the bottom of each slice of bread do the same with mixed herbs and pepper.

Then pour in the lightly beaten eggs just till they reach the top of the bread now put grated cheese, mixed herbs and pepper on top.

Cook on 200C for 20 - 25 minutes. serve hot.
