Half pound thin sliced smoked streaky bacon Two onions
Two handfuls porridge oats
Oil or fat for frying




Chop onion chop bacon into half inch pieces ,stir fry together until bacon is crisp and onions well browned,now add oatmeal and toast it letting it soak up fats in pan .
Serve with new potato and beans .also nice on a roll with brown sauce.Enjoy!
