In planning my vacation to Scotland - this site was so helpful. I have enjoyed going to the places you mentioned and seeing some of the lovely castles and beaches. Fife really is as lovely as you say.

I'm sitting right now typing this on my laptop in a coffee shop in St Andrews. What a gorgeous town - so much todo and see for such a small place.

I looked earlier at some of the recipes you mentioned and have been able to try some of the delicious food both in my hotel and the restaurants and coffee shops. I LOVE the fish and chips and the shortbread, and the scones are SO delicious.

Thank you for giving me a great introduction to The Kingdom of Fife - this site really was so helpful.
