What an interesting website

I have recently discovered your website - and what an interesting website it is, I am delighted to have found it. I was looking for a recipe for Cullen Skink - but ended up looking at so many other recipes including those sent in by your visitors. Then I started to read some of the poems - and again what lovely ones sent in by your visitors.

I have already spent a couple of hours browsing this site and have bookmarked it and will indeed come back and visit again. It's easy to read, friendly and full of interesting information.
