Zest 2 go, St Andrews

Being a 'regular' at Zest - I was delighted when "Zest 2 go" also opened in St Andrews, and of course I had to go and try it. It does, as it says, serve stuff 'to go'. But, what a change from the usual sandwiches etc.

They serve the most delicious and fresh salads - so I guess you could almost call it a 'Salad Bar'. They also serve their famous Smoothies - again all made with lovely fresh ingredients.

As far as the salads are concerned, you start by choosing which size container you want - then you can choose a choice of fresh and delicious ingredients to make up your salad. There were too many choices to mention here in this wee review.

But if you want something 'different' to the usual sandwich and want a healthy choice of a fresh salad - do visit Zest 2 Go. There are a few seats available - but it is a wonderful place to get a nice healthy sald and smoothie and go and sit outside and 'people watch'
