microwave Clootie Dumpling

1 cup water
6 ounce margarine
1 pound sultanas (soaked overnight in tea +dash of whisky)
2 tbsp ground ginger (or mixed spice optional)
1 tbsp treacle (or golden syrup optional)
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cups self raising flour

melt all except flour and eggs in saucepan and leave to cool
mix in flour and eggs
line baking bowl with cling film, pour in mix, cover with
cling film and pierce cover
bake in microwave on HIGH for 15 minutes
let stand for 10 minutes
turn out onto cool surface and allow to cool
