Ingredients
2 large lamb stewing chops
1/2lb steak mince
4 beef link suasages
2 large carrots
1 large onion
2 large potatoes.
plain flour
oil for frying
1 beef stock cube.

Method
Trim the fat from stewing chops, then roughly dice, toss in flour, add 2 tbs spoons of oil to a large pan, fry the chops until brown, add mince and brown this. in a separate pan boil the sausages until the excess fat is removed (about 10 mins),drain and cut into bite size pieces, add these to the other meats, also add vegetables, salt & pepper, cover with water, bring to the boil,put a lid on the pan and simmer for 1 1/2-2hrs stirring occasionally adding more water when required. add stock cube 30 mins before serving.
Delicious served with bread & butter.
